The
Linda McCartney Centre in Liverpool
On
24 November 2000 The Linda McCartney Centre was officially opened By
Cherie Booth Q.C. and after several years of planning, a vision has
finally been realized.
The
Linda McCartney Centre has been completed due to the efforts of
many individuals - medical staff and patients, architects and
builders, trusts and businesses and of course the generosity of
the general public both on Merseyside and beyond.
The "walkway
of love" has been formed to raise valuable funding for the
centre and allow people from all over the world to join together in
a fitting tribute to the lovely Linda.

Paul
McCartney Photo Web Page
Professional photographer and author of "Paul
McCartney: I Saw Her Standing There," Jorie B. Gracen,
has had the rare opportunity to photograph McCartney over the course
of twenty-three years. Her collection of more than 1,000
photographs showcases concerts,
record signings, private parties, press conferences, backstage
candids, sound checks, award ceremonies, and personal encounters. In
short, she has captured the many faces of Paul McCartney-the
musician, devoted husband, proud father, environmentalist, animal
rights activist, and idol.
